What type of wax do I use for my goat tying string?
It’s got kind of dried out and i was going to use surf wax…but i’m not sure whats the best
I like carnuba when I tie up my goats. Makes sliding the string so much easier. Of course it all depends on what your tying them to. You don’t a wax that might be harmful to various wood or plastic finishes. Carnuba won’t harm most interior finishes but just to be safe, try rubbing a little on a small unseen area to check for discoloration. Hoped this helped and Happy Tying! ! !
