How do you make a slave bracelet like this one?

This is really pretty and I can’t find the store that had it for sale, so I’m going to have to make it! If I had to make it from “scratch” with having ot attach the stones and all, how would I go about it?
You could get a cuff and chains and beads. Youd need a drill to attatch them unless you wrapped it. you could also use cloth or lace for the cuff and string and beads for the strands.
