if i lose a stone will i notice a big difference?
im 6’1 and weigh 12 stone, i want to lose a stone first and then see what i look like and then if i think i need to lose abit more i will.
but will a stone make a difference and will i be able to notice a big difference? particularly on my stomach….thanks.
