I really need some help with this please!!!?
I know this is NOT pregnancy related but I had to have my wedding set cut off my finger yesterday bc I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and swollen up like no other and I have to drop my set off at the jewelrs this weekend and the thought of scrap gold came to mind.
have a 14 k gold xo heart bracelet I cam across from an ex boyfriend as well as a silver and tanzanite ring a pair of gold earings and a dooney and bourke bag. I am wondering how much I could get for the items. The items are just sitting around collecting dust and obviously I don’t wear the jewelry or use the purse as my husband would be upset! So how much do you think that I could get at the pawn shop for that stuff??? I would hope to get $100 for everything or is that 2 high? Thanks so much!!!
$100 for all of that is very reasonable. I would consider selling the D & B bag on ebay or craig’s list though and the gold you may be able to take to a jeweler. Some of them will buy it from you. I actually went to a gold buying party recently and just took about 4 or 5 necklaces and rings not expecting much and got $75 for it all. I was amazed. You could easily get more than $100 for all of that if you do it this way. Good luck.
Sorry about your wedding rings. I actually just took mine off this morning and put on my CZ instead. It’s slightly bigger and I bought it to wear on vacation and in the boat and what not as I do not want to lose my real ones.
