Petaluma’s Latino leaders emerge
Francisco Estrada, the director and editorial writer of Impulso News, chats on the phone in his Petaluma office. He started the newspaper in Peru in 1974, but fled to the United States in 2000 and re-established it as a paper focusing on Latino immigrants’ issues in the North Bay.
