Is 18k gold overlay fake?
I just bought a pair of earrings from amazon that were described as silver dipped in 18k gold. How much of that statement is true. Also, what are some ways I can test the authenticity of the earrings; other than taking them to a jeweler.
It’s not fake. It’s just what it says:
