He has bright blue eyes. He is a 7-week old Kitten with dark grayish-blackish fur.

He has darker black on his paws and ears.

He pounces every time he runs and loves dangling toys.
He always follows everybody.

He has medium/longish fur.

ALL kittens are born with blue eyes regardless of coat colour. This kitten’s eyes won’t stay blue, though – they’ll turn to gold or green by three or four months.

Since you clearly didn’t buy him from a breeder he isn’t ANY breed – he’s a “domestic” just like over 97% of the cats on this entire planet.
