I need to know what this gemstone is?

I bought this necklace that has real freshwater pearls all clustered up with some light and dark multi-tonal rocks that could be considered purple. They are see through and glassy, but clearly are real rocks. The necklace looks old, and the insignia says “nature” I went to the nature necklace site and they don’t have anything exactly like this, not even the same stones/ purple rocks. I can’t afford to get it appraised by a jewler. The only thing I know is these are real pearls and it says “nature” as the company. What are these purple rocks and is it worth anything.
amethyst comes to mind, but would it be as an uncut rock-type bead? irregular and color varying
