PLEASE ANSWER BEFORE TOMORROW !! how to make a kilt smaller?
okay so i posted a question exactly like this about an hour ago, but everyone told me to sew it .
let me make this crystal clear
I CANT SEW IT
its not that i cant sew , its just its my sisters and if i sew it, it’ll be too small for her
SO let me re-ask this.

Im wearing a kilt as part of my Halloween costume tomorrow
but the kilt is too big!
its not one of the ones with buckles,
its just one of the button-up ones, that uniformed highschool girls wear.
How can i make it smaller without making it look stupid?
smaller around the waist, and shorter in the length.

NO sewing
NO cutting or professional hemming
Nothing that will permanently make it smaller
I can use pins and things, but i cant sew it
SAFETY PIN THE BACK. my mom did they with my sister’s hand-me downs and stuff. its less of a hassle and very simple!
1. srunched up the back a little
2. insert the pin into the cloth part u just scrunched up
3. fold the pin part IN BACK the metal thing.
