Do bumper stickers really help?
I had a DUMP JOHNSON ’68 bumper sticker on my Nash Metropolitan, but Johnson withdrew and left me with nothing but a lot of obscene hand gestures for my trouble.
I had an IMPEACH NIXON bumper sticker, but Nixon resigned without consulting me.
I used to borrow a pickup with darkened windows from a friend who lived on the Navajo Pine Hill Rez. It had a WHITEY WILL PAY bumper sticker and everyone on the rez loved me until I rolled down the window or got out where they could see me.
No lasting good came of it.
Would a bumper sticker help solve the oil discharge problem in the Gulf of Mexico?
What should it say?
I’m thinking maybe, IMPEACH WHITEY 2013, or DUMP EVERYONE
