How do you make a hand knot adjustable bracelet?

I love these bracelets but I have no idea how to make it or how to tie it. Please help me find a tutorial that shows how to tie it like in the pictures (some sort of braid in the middle that allows you to tighten it to your desire by pulling on the two strings at the end). THANKS!
