Is Being Good Looking a Blessing or a Curse from God?
All other things being the same, it is very beneficial to be good looking: easier to make friends, job advancement, you get compliments often. On the other hand, you are regularly tempted to sin.
There are many attibutes in life – being good looking is one of them. There are also many non-attributes – things that we are not good at.
Both are CHALLENGES. How does one respond to deal with an attribute or non-attribute? Do we become prideful and arrogant? Do we become self-conscious and try to hide the attribute or non-attribute?
What it all comes down to is this:
How you handle both your abilities/attributes and non-abilities/attribues is the MEASURE of a man or woman.
An attribute (whether it is being good looking or something else) can be a blessing or it can be a curse – it all depends on the INTENT behind the actions that occur as a result of the attribute or non-attribute.
