if i have 16 gauge nose bone in can i go to a 20 with out it closing up?
I have a 16 gauge nose bone in my nose. if I put a 18 or 20 that I just bought will my nose piercing close up to that size with in an 9 hr day?
It probably will close slightly around the 20g. It could take 4 hours, or it could take 24. Stretching your nose back up can be very hard to do either way though. So I suggest staying with your gauge unless you’re okay with it being that small.
