Would Hindus be offended if a non-Hindu wears a Ganesha necklace?
I have been teaching English and reading to a Hindu woman in her home. I have come to respect her faith. I understand that Ganesha is a remover of obstacles and a symbol for education and good fortune. I have acquired a gold plated Ganesha figure as a pendant on a gold chain. Would Hindus be offended to see a non-Hindu wearing this figure?
You are welcome to do so. Hindus are cool and do not have any reservations.
