in my area Chinese restaurants have a different menu for non Chinese.?
I’m not offended, but i would like to know what I am missing out on. gui lan for one, but most places still have this, it’s just not on the menu they give me.
restaurants in my are are primarily Cantonese and Peking.
What am I missing out on?
The reason two menu is that must be many Chinese go there, because the can not read English. The gui lan
is Chinese Broccoli, because many Chinese don’t like American broccoli. the the taste and cooking is a little different, also the ingredient. Some vegetable r order advance save it for their special customer that they come 2 meals a day.
