What is the name of those things that you put under the car to give like blue or red color?

Its hard for me to explain it, but I want to buy one but I dont know what their name.
Its like blue, red, orange or any color you want light under the car and when the car is moving in the night you will have the color on the ground right under the car.
Can somebody please tell me what is the name of those things?

But I suggest you don’t. In most if not all states, red and/or blue are prohibited, even if not on.

Other colors are allowed, but can’t be turned on except at car shows or in parking lots, and many states won’t allow them if you can see the bulbs.
