How does Black Horn of Heaven work? Could anybody pretty much summarize what kind of things it works on?
I’ve read the rulings on it but I don’t quite understand them. I was thinking about using it in my counter fairy deck or at least in the side deck but I don’t quite understand what all I can use it on. Just reading the card itself sounds wonderful but it seems like the rulings kind of screw it up. Is it worth running?
Nope, IMO, no
Because it can only negate Inherited special summoning
(meaning the summoning doesn’t start a chain)
So basically, you can only negate cards like Cyber Dragon, Bora the Spear
If you insist to run it, 1 is the most I would say
